Job Ad & Profile Description

Position : Accountant/Administrator

We are looking for an Accountant/Administrator  to fill in a position with Finanance/Admin department.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years experience and knowledge in accounts/administartion from an SME company. 

Required profile for job ad : Accountant/Administrator

 Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration/Accounts.
  • Atleast 2 years industry experience in Accounts/Administration.
  • CPA qualifications is an added advantage.
  • Experience in statutory fillings i.e VAT/PAYE/NHIF/NSSF etc
  • Ability to handle bank reconcilliations/all finanacials
  • Ability to prepare finanacial statemnets-monthly-quartely /yearly etc
  • Liase with auditor and prepare books for audit
  • Handle petty cash/invoicing/debts follow up
  • Administrative roles to include- handling office requirements/travels/tenders/ etc
  • Ability to manage office matters/requirements
  • Be a team player
  • Mature candidate with people skills
  • Experience of Quickbooks/MsExcel among others.
