Job Ad & Profile Description

Position : Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude Administrative Assistant.

Ideal candidates should be able to:

  • Assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks,
  • Providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail.
  • Applicant should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.


  •  Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including budget, personnel, meetings, and clerical duties
  • Review and maintain written and computer files, plus conduct data entry
  • Maintain complete stock of all office supplies and accuracy of inventory
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Maintain front desk and verify that orders are placed as necessary to ensure necessary supplies are available at all times
  • Direct clients to the appropriate departments.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences
  • Provide recommendations according to customer needs or preferences
  • Implement clerical duties and administrative processes
  • Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records
Required profile for job ad : Administrative Assistant


  • Associate’s Degree in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to write persuasively
