Position : Admin/Secretary

We are looking for an experienced Office Admin/Secretary.

The job involves:

  • Secretarial services, customer/
  • Client support/
  • Office administartion
  • Reception duties.

Further- the job requires a candidate who is well conversant with tendering procedures- preparartion of tender documents to include submission.

 

Required profile for job ad : Admin/Secretary

Requirements

  • University graduate in Secretarial/Administartion/IT
  • Atleast 3 years working exprience in front office/administration
  • Experience in preparation of tender documents is a MUST
  • Ability to work with little supervision
  •  Presentable and outgoing; eye to detail and articulate
  • Good knowledge of PC packages- Excel/PDF/Word/PP
  • People person with good personality
  • Team player and eager to elarn.
