Position : Customer Care Agent

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Care Agent to join our team in Ghana (Company covers care relocation and related fees), providing exceptional support to our diverse customer base. As a Customer Care Agent with proficiency in both English and one of the following dialects: Swahili, Somali, Amharic, Yoruba, or Haussa, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products, services, and policies.
  • Assist customers with order placements, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing training initiatives.
  • Uphold a positive and empathetic attitude while addressing customer needs.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and standards for customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in one of the following dialects: Swahili, Somali, Amharic, Yoruba, or Haussa.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns and inquiries.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
