Job Ad & Profile Description
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Care Agent to join our team in Ghana (Company covers care relocation and related fees), providing exceptional support to our diverse customer base. As a Customer Care Agent with proficiency in both English and one of the following dialects: Swahili, Somali, Amharic, Yoruba, or Haussa, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with order placements, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer concerns.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing training initiatives.
- Uphold a positive and empathetic attitude while addressing customer needs.
- Adhere to company guidelines and standards for customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in one of the following dialects: Swahili, Somali, Amharic, Yoruba, or Haussa.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns and inquiries.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
