Position: Field Sales Assistant -FMCG
Nature of Job: Full time
Location: Nairobi
- To close sales on a consistent basis.
- To deliver orders and source new orders and business opportunities.
- To meet and exceed monthly targets and grow sales month by month.
- Identify and map sales areas and conduct sales demos.
- Ensure complaints and after-sales service issues are managed on time and to the customers' satisfaction.
- To meet high ethical standards in line with the company culture
- Keep track of sales and report on this to the supervisor on a daily basis
- Creating awareness among consumers through various promotional techniques
- Compile competitor activity and give feedback to the supervisor on a weekly basis

Qualifications
- Certificate in sales and marketing or another related course
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software/Apps.
- 1 year experience in a sales/promotions role in the FMCG industry
