Position : Laboratory Analyst Resposibilities
- Raw material, in process, by products and finished products samples collection, preparation, inspection and analysis.
- Sampling shift composite samples for retention.
- Baked and finished products organoleptic analysis.
- Hourly monitoring of fortification dosages
- Preparation of laboratory reagents
- Record keeping
- Timely compilation & distribution of hourly, shift and monthly analysis reports.
- Raising of nonconformities encountered during inspection and analysis and following up their closure
Required profile for job ad : Laboratory Analyst Requirements
- Diploma in Food Science, Analytical chemistry, Chemistry or Biochemistry
- Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in FMCG sector
- High level of integrity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
