Position : Lead Generation Specialist / Telesales - Remote

We need a full-time, remote Lead Generation Specialist / Telesales Specialists that can contribute to our goal of being the best in class for a healthcare waste disposal company in the United States.

Required profile for job ad : Lead Generation Specialist / Telesales - Remote


  • Business to Business calls.  Outbound calls as necessary in order to obtain key information from targeted prospects to meet the qualified lead criteria.
  • On a daily basis, track prospects - identify decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications and enter data accurately and consistently into the company's database.
  • Reading specific scripts and attaining client information to reach day-to-day requirements.
  • Retaining good customer relationship with customers.
  • Ensuring tasks given will be closed and resolved in the quickest time.



  • Candidate must be a graduate of any four-year course or equivalent.
  • Have at least 1-2 years’ experience in Sales (Inbound or Outbound)
  • Has experience in lead generation / cold calling
  • With B2B Experience is a plus!
  • Excellent English communication and written skill.
  • Professional; fast learner & who can adapt to change
  • Fast, stable internet at least 15 MBPS upwards
  • Noise cancelling headset; quiet background

Basic Technical Requirements:

  • Your own laptop/desktop PC with the following minimum specs: i3 5th gen and above/AMD equivalent; 8GB RAM; Mozilla or Chrome installed
  • A consistent and stable internet connection of at least 10-15Mbps with a backup internet connection
  • Noise-canceling headset/headphones
  • A quiet and dedicated workspace at home
