Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations
- Scheduling operations team’s work assignments
- Supervising the operations employees
- Improving the operations department processes and work procedures
- Carrying out safety tool box talk meetings and generating required health and safety reports
- Working with the operations team in handling work emergencies
- Responsible for determining and recommending training needs for the team
- Monitoring the efficacy of the operations department
- Suggesting innovative ways of increasing operations efficiency
Required profile for job ad : Operations Supervisor-Out of Home Advertising Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma in business or related field
- Proven sales experience of minimum 2 years
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High levels of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Experience in working for an out of home advertising company will be an added advantage
