Position : Remote Internship in HR, Business Development 'Franchise'

 

We are biz4d, a German consultancy-firm based in Frankfurt in a fast-paced working environment working on mentorship programs for corporate leadership and talent-development.

Our corporate clients include companies such as Philips, Jägermeister, municipalities, production industry, banks etc.: typically, with between 500 to 20,000 employees.

Remote internship opportunity in „Franchise/Licensing-Expansion“  in Germany

As we expand the franchising/licensing of our business model, there is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business-model-development, global expansion-strategies, documentation, and automation procedures for scale.

Tasks/responsibilities

The focus in the internship may vary a bit with the unique skill and interest you as prospective intern bring to the table. Typical examples would be:

Sales & Business Development

  • Assist in outreach, marketing and sales of new partners and affiliate partners.
  • Assist in developing the most effective sales-framework.
  • Assist in developing and delivering sales-trainings.
  • Assist in developing a sales- and performance-monitoring system, starting from KPIs regular check-ups.

Educational

  • You love developing training-material.
  • Maybe you have experience conducting trainings yourself?
  • Further development of training-handouts & and training-aids.
  • Design sensational customer experiences.
  • Permanently improve learning-journeys.
  • Assist in developing our e-Learnings further.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of mentoring-trainings.
  • Assist in supporting customers and consultants. Nationally and internationally.

Technical/tools/automations

  • Automate processes for licensing-partner/trainers.
  • Permanently implement tools, which urther automate core-business processes.

Our requirements:

  • Your educational background should match one of the areas above.
  • You are exceptional in quality of work-results compared to your peers.
  • We do have a high demand for accuracy, personal professionalism, and a push for excellence. This is not comfortable to everybody. No-excuse-mentality.
  • High speed and pressure are things you are comfortable working in.
