Sales and Marketing Agent

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing  who  will be responsible for driving brand awareness and sales through on-site, face-to-face interaction with consumers.

Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and client referrals.
• Negotiate and use persuasion skills to overcome objections.
• Deliver presentations and demonstrate the platform  to customers.
• Negotiate with retailers and other third-party partners on promotional display and merchandise placement
• Promote business expansion opportunities to retailers and other merchants through successful field marketing programs
• Provide daily recap of results and accomplishments to the management team.
• Please note that this is merely an overview of the duties involved and by no means limits any other duty that could be assigned to you by either the Duty Manager or Line Manager.

Requirements

• A Diploma or  Bachelor's Degree in Sales or  Marketing 
• Proven experience working in sales preferably platform selling  Software as a Service (SaaS)
• Effective  communication skills
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Competency in English and Kiswahili
• Knowledge of MS Office software and MS Excel
• Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to create and deliver presentations
• Fast learner and quick thinker
• Passionate about sales
• Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
