Sales and Marketing Executive

We looking for a positive, energetic, self-driven and an enthusiastic sales and marketing executive with a proven track record to join our team.

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
• Identifying, qualifying and cultivating new sales opportunity.
• Updating and managing social media profiles.
• Make presentations to clients and take them to see the property
• Administer the booking engines to ensure regular information update and posting of promotions and/or offers information
• Manage the social media platforms including facebook, twitter and Instagram and promptly respond to potential clients
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and payment
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between clients and the company.
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, cold calling, social media, open days, networking etc.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Meeting and exceeding the sales targets
• Any other tasks as assigned

• Relevant Degree or Diploma.
• 2-3 years working experience in the hospitality/real estate.
• Excellent command communication and interpersonal skills
• Initiative, creative, persistent with a passion for sales
• Knowledge in graphic design will be an added advantage
• Strong creative outlook
