Position : Salesman DriverWe are looking for a Salesman Driver to join our team.
Responsibilities
Sales
- Responsible for direct sales according to assigned routes
- Conduct daily visits to all assigned routes for the sole purpose of selling and merchandising products
- Ensure the assigned area route is adequately covered and conforms to delivery schedule as set by sales representative
- Ensure excellent customer relationship through regular visits and follow up calls
- Ensure sales targets are achieved
- Escalate any potential issues/problems to the sales representative that may affect sales promptl
Vehicle Management
- Inspect the vehicle before start of a trip
- Abide to all traffic laws/rules
- Operate vehicle in an efficient and effective manner while reporting any technical issues as soon as possible
- Ensure that the truck is cleaned; ensuring both the interior and exterior cleanliness of the vehicle is maintained
- Ensure no unauthorized goods or persons are transported in the company vehicle
Required profile for job ad : Salesman Driver Requirements
- O Level completed
- A valid class BCE driving license with over 3 years’ experience
- 3 years' relevant experience doing sales in an FMGC Company
- Excellent communication skills
- Exemplary driving skills
