About the Role:
In this role you will be responsible for the overall development and implementation of AI-based systems integrated into Vercel's products.
To ensure success as a principal engineer of our AI team, you should have substantial experience in developing and deploying AI based software, and the skills to lead a team of engineers on that journey.
What You Will Do:
- Contribute to Vercel's AI roadmap
- Design and implement AI and ML systems
- Troubleshooting and bug fixing
- Identifying bottlenecks and improving software efficiency
- Writing technical documents

- The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $270,000.00 - $340,000.00. This salary range is an estimate.
- Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location.
- Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location.
- The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
