I introduce clients to the services and products offered by the company which is basically financing of products to be paid back in installments. I take clients through the set policies and procedures for eligibility. I onboard new clients, and follow up on existing clients to check on their payment and update the same. I ensure clients read through the contract and commit to it by manner of signing, and afterwards attaching the contract to the company's portal. I perform due diligence by checking the client's credit status, advising according if there's any reason to do follow up with the crb. Checking that the submitted documents are in the required format and up to date. Assisting clients to scan hard copies of their statements and forward the same to the appropriate recipients. Act as a link between the client and the company by way of communication keeping a balance the needs of the client and the company's interests.
