My major objectives in this position is to deal with customers in proposing solution as well as setup an infrustructure. Developing a work break down structure and system bills of material (BOM) of proposed network solution to customers. Establishing the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, upgrading, defining, documenting and enforcing system standards; the design and implementation of new solutions and improving resilience of the current environment. Working in compliance with industry best practices to integrate network; evaluating network & providing technical inputs on system acquisitions to senior management Monitoring network performance, problem inspection and ensuring its maximum availability & reliability employing oversight with respect to network security for timely situational incident analysis & remediation Reviewing customer requirements and participates in the development of network solutions to address requirements Communicating directly with key vendors like Cisco, Sophos, Cyberoam and Fortinet for problem escalation. Identify, recommend and implement solution to customers as per the requirement
