• Managing fault diagnosis, trouble shooting and repair of the entire range of DSTV Decoders_ Standard decoders, SD PVRs and HD PVRs. • Ensure the team meets the given targets • Formulation and Implementation of test procedures, testing of product functionalities, compilation of accurate reports/ documents and or product testing cycle in a clear and effective manner, to the management and staff. • Ensure a seamless troubleshooting cycle by interceding between Sales, Operations and Technical divisions to ensure comprehensive resolutions. • Customer enlightenment on product use and resolutions in cases where a client is/might experience issues with their decoders. • Decoder configuration and flashing new software • General customer service provisioning including in-country profiling of customer issues relating to satellite, terrestrial, and DVB-over-IP decoders and carrying out root cause analyses on-site to probe, troubleshoot, and resolve decoder issues that affect customers. • Supporting technical teams in the field and customer service representatives whereby technical knowledge/skills are required. • Faulty decoder backlogs management. • Ensure spares and accessories logistical process working with minimal delays. • Streamline operations to ensure timely delivery of repairs. • Identify more training needs.
