I am broad minded, focused and with more than five years work experience in humanitarian/WASH related programmes, financial and asset management, project cycle management, agriculture, participatory rural appraisals, community development, needs assessment surveys, in addition to participatory monitoring and evaluation programmes.I was previously working with CARITAS ISIOLO as a WASH Engineer and practiced as a.I have worked as a consultant WASH engineer implementing Regal-IR WASH projects in Turkana, Isiolo and Marsabit counties funded by USAID. IAm able to successfully manage projects with its involved staff, consultants and other stakeholders, develop, manage and institutionalize policies, guidelines, prepare work plans, tools and materials, knowledge and learning. Carry out monitoring and evaluation on projects and provision of strategic and technical assistance to organization projects, programmes and partners. I have the ability to ensure timely and effective implementation of organization project activities according to the project work-plan and ensure that the project follows standards.
