Communication: I have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. I have demonstrated these in my previous work experiences, I communicated clearly and concisely to my colleagues and negotiated with clients’ through to handling complaints effectively and diplomatically. Research: I conducted various market research studies analyzing property market performance and project feasibility studies in carrying out project risk checks. Teamwork: I have always been a team player in previous roles towards supporting teammates in times of challenge, working together towards achieving the shared team goals, and taking on extra tasks to help out the team. Initiative: I am a self-oriented individual, I have demonstrated innovative and creative thinking abilities in normal daily life and my previous roles in addressing problematic situations and coming up with innovative ways of work and solutions. This was mainly through the study of company processes and procedures and identifying inefficiency and waste after that proposing changes to deliver value, efficiency, quality, and customer service. Information Technology: I am a competent user of all MS packages (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email programs such as MS Outlook, and technical experience in MS Project, Autodesk Revit, Solibri and Autodesk Navisworks programs.
